Coolant
The service life of coolants or cutting oils is significantly extended by the filter system.
The annual machine cleanings that would otherwise be necessary due to micro-particle deposits are no longer required. This results in significant cost savings on machine downtime, cleaning, waste water disposal and refilling.
Installation / Maintenance
The filter is easy to install. It is integrated into the machine’s existing pipework system via a plug-and-play solution.
Once commissioned, the filter cartridge can be replaced in just a few simple steps, taking less than 10 minutes. Shut-off valves ensure ease of use and a clean environment during cartridge replacement.
Maintenance / Service
The filter reduces wear on key system components, such as pumps, IKZ rotary unions and valves. The filter also helps to protect the entire system.
Machining tools
If there are no particles in the coolant or cutting oil, they will not reach the machining tool. This has a positive effect on the service life of the machining tools and also on the performance of the coolant or cutting oil. Filtration can also improve surface finish many times over.
Design
Thanks to its compact design, the filter system requires little floor space and is also ideally suited to confined spaces. The stainless steel housing ensures the filter system is highly robust and durable.
As a stand-alone unit or as a supplementary solution
The filter system can be used as a stand-alone unit or to optimally complement belt filters, magnetic separators or existing filter systems.
